软弱围岩顺槽松动圈演化规律及支护技术研究

摘要: 为解决小庄矿首采工作面运输巷两帮移近和底鼓量大、片帮严重的问题,布设松动圈监测断面并跟踪采集数据,分析松动圈演化规律和围岩失稳机理可知巷道围岩处于“强顶-弱帮-弱底”状态,提出两帮和底脚全锚索支护的新方案,通过数值模拟验证了支护的合理性。进行了现场工业试验,结果表明两帮移近和底鼓量在合理范围内,说明支护方案合理可行。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of large convergence of two sides、serious floor heave and rid spalling in the conveyor gateway in the first working face of a coal mine,set up loose circle monitoring section,analysed the evolution law of loose circle and instability mechanism of surrounding rock.They shows that the gateway surrounding rock is strong roof-weak sides-weak floor.Put forward new supporting scheme for strengthening sides and foot of full anchor cable.A field industrial is carried out,the results of field monitoring shows that convergence of two sides and floor heave are within a reasonable range,rid spalling is eliminated,indicates that the new supporting scheme is reasonable and feasible.
